You'll then be guided through submitting the Network Issue. If you're not already signed into your My Sprint Account, you'll be asked to login. You can also "Report a Network Issue" via the Sprint website by going to the "Support" Drop Down Link on the Sprint homepage and clicking "Report a Network Issue". My Sprint is available for iOS Devices on the App Store and for Android Devices on Google Play. Restart your Device Check for and install any system software and/or carrier updates for your Device Update your PRL and Data Profile and make sure to report your issue(s) in My Sprint and contact Technical Support.
